The information in this calculator is based on spot prices, as individual coin/bar prices are highly variable and would depend on the specific coin and quantity of coins selected. Such prices, per coin, were not tracked historically in the same manner as the other indices listed making exact comparison difficult. This graph also does not factor transaction fees (including the difference between bid and ask (i.e., spread) pricing, i.e., Preserve Gold's gross profit) associated with purchasing gold or silver or stocks. Transaction fees could materially reduce the return.
